Homes near the mountains
Every listing on Where2Ski comes from a local brokerage through MyStateMLS, a multiple listing service whose members share their listings by data feed. Prices, photos and descriptions come straight from the listing brokerage, and each listing names the brokerage that holds it.
A home appears here when it sits within a set distance of a ski area in our directory, or when our team has confirmed the ski access described in the listing. You can search around a single resort, see how far a home is from each mountain nearby, and filter for ski-in, ski-out, a short walk to the lifts or a shuttle. How listings are selected has the details.

Know the mountain
Buying near a ski area starts with the mountain itself. Our ski area directory covers downhill resorts, local hills, Nordic centers and cross-country trail systems in every state, with seasons, pass affiliations, the National Weather Service forecast and links to each operator's own site. If you spot something out of date, suggest a correction. Ski area operators can claim their profile to propose updates.
