How day tickets, season passes, multi-resort passes, trail passes and parking or lift reservations generally work, and where to read the current terms.
Buying access to the slopes has become more complicated. Some areas sell day tickets at the window, others price them online by date, and many belong to multi-resort passes with blackout dates, reservation rules and limited days. Nordic centers sell trail passes, and some areas now require parking reservations. These guides explain the general vocabulary so you can read the official terms with confidence.
