You really have to see how clean it is, much cleaner than most used trailers available for sale today. Everything works, every light bulb, outlet and light switch, every lock, every door, not only in the trailer, but also in the screen-room and shed. Central AC and Heating. Additional in-wall AC unit for 2nd floor. Eagle Lake Community Association is a campground site in a forest, mostly used for summer vacations. It doesn't have an actual address, and can't be used as a primary residence. The annual association assessment is $2,000 per year. It includes security, management, water, etc. There is an additional special assessment of $653 per year until 2030, for wastewater treatment plant renovation. You pay for your own electricity and gas. You also pay property and school taxes, which will be around $1,000 per year. Eagle Lake doesn't have any houses, only RVs (recreational vehicles). You cannot get a mortgage on a recreational vehicle, so it would have to be a cash purchase.
